“Very nice hotel, and the staff even more. Great, hearty welcome, nice rooms, grest view from each balcony. Downstairs in- / outside seating areas, where breakfast with frish Eggs / bacon is served without extra cost. The buffet is very big and always stuffed up continuously. During the day, fridges with drinks are available and frish cakes in the afternoon. The hotel is not far from the direct accessroad to the Eagle's Nest and to the mountain road Rossfeld. I look very much forward to stay here again. Thanks a lot!”

“The hotel is beautiful. The service is super nice, always making their best to make you feel comfortable. Also the views from every window and balcony very nice. Mixing modern features with classic wooden construction. Very clean and cared rooms. Overall a charming place to be. If I come back to Berchtesgaden or nearby, for sure I'll come back to this hotel.”

“This is the best hotel in Germany! The staff are so kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean and breakfast was exceptional. Shower is great, the bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is incredible. The perfect location as a base for Eagles nest, Konigsee lake and close to shops and restaurants in town. I rarely give a perfect rating but this hotel is 10/10. We loved our stay and will return one day!”

“Very nice, warm hotel (there were 7 degrees) cosy and great view. Friendly and prompt staff. Very good breakfast in an elegant room. I enjoyed a lot my stay despite the winter weather in September. Guest card very useful to travel for free around Berchtesgaden region.”
